We're looking for a DevOps-oriented engineer with strong backend skills to help us scale and operate our platform. You’ll take lead on infrastructure, deployments, and operations – and support the application layer where needed.

This is a key role that lays the foundation for future team growth. You’ll work closely with the tech lead and product team to define how we deploy, monitor, and maintain our systems across environments.

What you'll do

Your primary focus will be on infrastructure and DevOps:

• Operate and evolve our AWS-based infrastructure
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, EAS)
• Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and best practices for operations
• Handle domains, certificates, and deployment environments
• Support ongoing security and compliance work across infrastructure and deployments
• Document infrastructure and deployment processes

You’ll also contribute to backend and application-level development:

• Work on backend services and APIs (Node.js / Next.js)
• Support release processes and environment configuration
• Help with onboarding, debugging, and supporting the dev team
• Ensure smooth and secure deployments across the stack

Who you are

• Experienced with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable working with backend systems (Node.js or similar)
• Skilled in deployment automation, monitoring, and access control
• Enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team with close collaboration
